First Method

To access the Settings > Personalization page, right-click on a blank area on the desktop and select Personalize.
Select Themes from the right-hand pane.
You’ll find all of the default themes that come with Windows 11 as well as those that you downloaded from the Microsoft Store here. To use a theme, select it from the drop-down menu.

If you prefer the old Control Panel, you can change the theme on Windows 11 using this method. The classic Personalization window, on the other hand, is no longer included in the Control Panel. However, the Personalization panel can be used to access it and change the theme.

Look for Windows Themes on the Store page. To use a theme, simply click on it. Then press the Get button. Now press the Install button. Last but not least, press the Apply button.
