Follow the steps below to download your Instagram data from the Internet.
Step 1: Visit Instagram on the web and sign in using your account credentials.
Step 2: From the Instagram home, click on the profile menu in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Select Settings.
Step 4: Go to Privacy and Security from the left sidebar.
Step 5: Scroll down and find the Data Download option.
Step 6: Select Request Download.

Step 7: Instagram will confirm your email ID on which you want to get the information. Select Information format as HTML or JSON.

Step 8: Enter your Instagram password from the following menu and select Request Download.

Wait a moment and Instagram will email you the corresponding file with all account details.
Now that you have all the posts and pictures on Instagram, you can delete the account permanently.
DELETE INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT
For security reasons, you cannot ask Instagram to delete your account for you. Instead, you need to log in to your account to request deletion.
Step 1: Open Instagram on the web and log in to your account with your username and password.
