How to disable vibrations on PS5 controller
PS5 not only allows you to disable vibration on the DualSense controller, it also allows you to reduce the intensity of the vibration. To do this, start from the PS5 home screen and press the up arrow on the controller. Keep clicking until you find the settings (gear icon), which is next to the search button (magnifying glass icon).
In Settings, navigate to Accessories > Controllers, and select Vibration Intensity.
You can select Off under Vibration Intensity to disable vibrations on the DualSense controller. Alternatively, you can select Medium or Weak to reduce the intensity without disabling vibrations.
How to disable Disable Vibrations on the Xbox Series X|S
On Xbox Series X | Yes, you can open the Xbox Accessories app to disable vibration on the controller. You can also go to “Settings” on Xbox Series X | Yes and navigate to “Devices and Connections”> “Accessories“.
This will display the accessories paired with your Xbox. Go to your Xbox controller and select settings.
You will see the configuration file for your Xbox Series X controller | S here. If you have not created multiple profiles, you will see the default profile 1. Select it and press the right arrow button on the DPad controller until you reach the pencil icon.
Select the pencil icon and on the next page, scroll to the bottom and disable Turn on vibration.
