In this article, we’ll show you how to turn on or off the battery saver in Windows 11. Battery saver is a Windows 11 feature that allows users to get the most out of a low-battery situation.
When you enable battery saver, Windows disables some features, reduces background activity, and disables most system notifications. With these precautions in place, you’ll be able to get more work done with the battery’s remaining charge until it runs out.
Battery Saver is set to turn on automatically when your battery reaches 20% power or less, and to turn off automatically when the computer is connected to a power source. However, if you’re going to be away from a power source for an extended period of time, you can manually adjust the time to save battery life.
Many new features and a new user desktop are included in Windows 11, including a centered Start menu and taskbar, rounded corner windows, themes, and colors that make any computer look and feel modern. Follow the steps below to get started with Batter Saver on Windows 11.
