When you first heard of “God Mode” in Windows 10, you might think that it allows you to do nothing. With such a name, why can’t you, right? When it comes to what you can do, this option may or may not disappoint you, but it can give you access to various options that you normally look for in two different places.
What Is God Mode in Windows?
Before you get excited about what you can do with the God way, you should know that it is not going to make you work miracles. God Mode in Windows is a folder you need to enable, allowing you access to most of the administration, settings, management, and Windows control panel options.
You may prefer God mode because it provides a more natural way to check the 206 tools you usually encounter. You don’t have to name this god mode folder, it’s just a name acquired over time. Giving it a different name will not affect the content that this folder must provide.
How to Enable God Mode in Windows 10
To enable God Mode in Windows 10, you must use an account with administrative privileges. If you already use this type of account, go to your desktop and right-click any location where there is no folder. After the options appear, select the new one.

When the new folder shows up, rename it to:
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
As I mentioned before, you can give this folder another name. To change the name, modify the position of “GodMode” with whatever you want to add, but be careful not to accidentally delete the point. You must name the folder; if you don’t, you will get an error message.
If the steps are correct, the folder icon will change to the control panel icon. If the icon doesn’t appear in the folder you named, try to find it using other desktop icons. When you click on the control panel icon, you should see the image below.

What Windows 10 God Mode Can and Can’t Do
Sorry to disappoint you, but God Mode will not give you special hacking capabilities. Some of the options you will find in it can also be accessed through your computer settings.
For example, God Mode will give you access to Windows updates and specific touch screen settings. If you want to access these options, you don’t need to enable God Mode, as these options can be easily accessed through your computer’s settings.

All the settings that God Mode can provide you can be found in Settings, Lost Settings, and Control Panel. This is useful because you don’t have to switch between one option and another.
You will have access to forty different sets of controls, but the options will depend on the version of Windows 10 you have. Either Pro or Home. God mode makes it easy to find options because they are divided into different categories such as visualization, management, etc.
Conclusion
As you can see, God Mode may not be what you expect, but it is a useful activation option. Makes accessing various options more convenient. Is God’s model the same as you imagined? Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
