A standard mouse pointer (also known as a cursor) is used in Windows 11, and it is small and white in color. You can, however, change the color and size of the mouse pointer if necessary. The default small size is inconvenient, especially for people with poor vision. If you use a widescreen monitor with a higher resolution, it could be even worse. People with poor vision may have trouble to find mouse pointer on larger screens.

  1. Press the Windows + I keys on the keyboard to launch the Settings app.
  2. In Windows Settings, go to the Bluetooth & devices category on the left sidebar.
  3. On the right sidebar, click the Mouse tab.
  4. Under the Related settings section, click the Additional mouse settings option.
  5. The Mouse Properties dialog will appear after you’ve completed the previous steps. Select the Pointer Options tab.
  6. Finally, select the option Show pointer location when I press CTRL.
  7. Click the Apply button. Hit OK.

That is all there is to it. Press the CTRL key on your keyboard to locate the mouse pointer on your Windows 11 computer. The cursor will be surrounded by a large circle, which will help you locate the mouse pointer.
