1. Use the Hardware Troubleshooter

The good thing about Windows 10 is that it comes with multiple bug fixes. One of them is a hardware troubleshooter, which you can use to find and fix problems with hardware devices.

4. Use System Restore

If you see “Video dxgkrnl fatal error” after making a change on your PC, the change may be the culprit. If so, you can revert to a restore point that will undo all changes made before the point’s creation date.
