1. Reconnect Your Internet

One of the most common culprits of this error is your internet connection. Just because you can browse Netflix doesn’t mean you have an active internet connection; it may show cached content.

So first check if your device has a valid internet connection. You can do this by swiping down to open the notification panel on your mobile device. In Windows 10, press the Windows key + I and click Network and Internet.

Alternatively, you may be connected but have slower speeds than normal. You can use a service like Fast.com to check this.

To check your device’s internet speed from the Netflix mobile app, tap More > App Settings > Internet Speed Test.

If your device connection is zero or lower than expected, restart the router, wait a few minutes, and try again. If you are using a mobile device, you can also try to enable airplane mode, wait a moment, and then turn it off.

If you still experience poor network speed, please contact your Internet service provider.

2. Restart Your Device

Although it is often used as a joke, restarting the device can solve many technical problems, including Netflix errors. For mobile devices like phones and tablets, press and hold the power button and tap restart.

If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, turn off the device, wait one minute, and then turn it on.

3. Reinstall the Netflix App

If you still get the “We’re Having Trouble Playing This Title Right Now” error after reconnecting to the internet and restarting your device, the next step is to verify your connection to Netflix.

You can try to log into your Netflix account through a private browser or other device. Borrow a friend or relative’s mobile device and try logging into your Netflix account with their device.

Once you are sure that the error does not occur on other devices, uninstall the Netflix application and download it again.

4. Clear Your Netflix Cache

Although caching can help speed up browsing and reduce Internet pressure, large Netflix caches can sometimes cause problems.

To clear your Netflix cache on your mobile device, go to your device Settings > General > Apps or Applications > Netflix > Storage > Clear Data or Clear Storage.

5. Check Your Device Disk Storage

Insufficient storage space is a common problem users encounter when streaming Netflix content from Xbox or PlayStation devices. When the storage space of these devices is too low, Netflix will not work.

For example, Xbox requires that you have at least 8MB of storage space to watch Netflix. To check your Xbox storage space, press Guide button > Settings > System > Storage.

6. Download the Title Again

Sometimes when you try to view content that has been downloaded for offline viewing, you get the Netflix error tvqpb101. To correct this error, you can delete the existing title download and get a new copy.

To solve this problem, go to download and tap the pencil icon. Then press the red X icon next to the title where the error occurred.

Then find the content you want to download again. Remember, if you are watching a TV show, you can get a single episode or an entire season.

7. Change Your VPN Server

Although VPNs can help keep you safe, they can occasionally cause problems with your Netflix subscription. Most VPNs will automatically connect to the best available server possible. However, the content you are trying to view may not be available in that particular region.

If you suspect a VPN is causing errors in your Netflix account, please use a search engine to find the country/region where the movie is located or the TV show you’re in Try to watch available. Then change the location of your VPN server to match.

8. Log All Users Out

In some cases, allowing multiple users to watch from a profile at the same time may cause your account to be marked as suspicious.

You can check if this error is caused by too many users by activating all of them at the same time. To sign out of all users from your Netflix account, go to “Account”> “Settings” and select “Sign out of all devices”.

Once you are the only person who can access your account profile, you can try to continue watching Netflix and see if the error reappears. If you think someone has hacked your Netflix account, you can also check if your Netflix account has been hacked.

9. Contact Customer Support

When all other methods fail, you can always ask Netflix customer service for help. You can report problems to Netflix through the apps on iOS and Android by visiting More > Help > Chat or Call.

Alternatively, you can also go to Netflix Help Center. Here you can search for support topics that can help you solve your problem.

If you want to contact a Netflix support specialist directly, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Call us” or “Start live chat.”
