How do I Restart the Start Menu via Command Prompt on Windows 11?
Log in to the Command Prompt as an administrator.
In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter on the keyboard:
taskkill /im StartMenuExperienceHost.exe /f
“SUCCESS: The process “StartMenuExperienceHost.exe” with PID 11440 has been terminated,” you should see.
The Start process will now automatically stop and restart.

Resetting the Start menu is not the same as restarting it. The method described above is used to restart the Start menu, but Resetting is not.
