Microsoft Safety Scanner
Microsoft Safety Scanner is a new antivirus from Microsoft that guards against viruses and malware. It’s a program that’s a little less well-known. Although it is not a replacement for your antimalware program, it can be useful if your computer is infected with viruses and you are unable to remove them. To identify and remove unwanted programs, simply save this security scanner to an external hard drive and run it manually on the infected computer.
Microsoft Safety Scanner is a free malware detection and removal tool for Microsoft Windows computers. You should download and run this tool to scan and disinfect your computer if you suspect it has been infected with malware or a virus.
The program will scan your computer for malware and viruses and remove them. This software is only available for 10 days after it is downloaded before it expires. That means you should always scan your computer with the most up-to-date version, which includes the latest definition updates.
